Hickey O’Donoghue is a member firm of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and consequently adheres to the guidance set out in the RICS Valuation Standards. Tom Hickey is a Registered Valuer and completes valuations to ‘Red Book’ standard.
Hickey O’Donoghue is also a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV) and is bound by the Institute’s Rules of Conduct. Mark O’Donoghue is a Registered European Valuer(REV) and completes valuations to ‘Blue Book’ standard.
